The Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theatre was a strip club at 895 O'Farrell Street near San Francisco's Tenderloin district and one of America’s most notorious adult-entertainment establishments. The O’Farrell opened as an adult movie theater and filmmaking headquarters on July 4th, 1969 and soon became ground zero for revolutionary adult film production and exhibition.
