Released from prison, Rocky De Sade (a 7 ft. tall Frankenstein look-a-like) wanders the streets of San Francisco looking for sex. He buys hookers, brutalizing them one after another. Rocky uses brutalizes one prostitute, a lusty, shaven redhead in her ass and cunt. The hookers plan their revenge by inviting Rocky to a wild S/M party.
